Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return of our 50ml bottles, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if your bottle is defective or mis-shipped, we will issue a refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the product back.
For our discovery sets, please note that these are non-returnable as they are considered final sale, unless faulty.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@sokoparfums.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For 50ml bottles found to be defective or mis-shipped, we will arrange for a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be shipped back.
Exchanges
Due to the made to order nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please make a separate purchase for the new item, and return the eligible item for a refund within our return period of 14 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@sokoparfums.com.
